1. Selection of collection/manufacturing of exemplars
The best variant is copying of your samples. Price: 400 usd – press-mould to one size plus double coast of one semi-pare. The sample expenses will be compensated once the item is delivered. In case if the total quantity of items is less than 5000 for press-mould, the price of press-mould of 6 sizes is paid separately. The samples are easier to produce by semi-pair (twice cheaper).

Also we can offer you factory samples, for detailed assembling we have to know all requirements of our client.

2. Price policy
Venchzhou - price for pair is not more then 20 usd/ leather/summer, 23 usd/ leather/ winter, 8 usd/leather substitute/female, 10 usd / leather substitute/ male. These products are more expensive for 5-7 usd in Guangzhou. Volume for one model/color in Venchzhou depends on certain factory.

We have base of factories producing elite footwear (“Calvin Klein”). The price fluctuates from 35 to 50 usd/ male shoes, volume from 2000 models of shoes.

The price can fluctuate - for example the price of back cloth twice expensive then textile one. Also the price depends on the leather and furniture choice. Qualitative products are always more expensive.

3. Package
We can produce any package conforming to the eurostandard. The full package set price is from 0,5 to 0,8 USD (the best one). It includes a package paper, small box, good plastic bag and a big box. The logotype and the package design are at your choice. The only thing we need to know is the client’s requirements (bar codes, labels, special symbols).

4. Production
The production process is controlled by the qualified expert. The first stage is production and approval of the check samples, then – the production process control and the final control of the produced footwear quality.

5. Contract conclusion / payment
The sample expanses should be paid beforehand. The prepayment is 30% of the total cost (accredit is possible). After the commodity is accepted by the factory and delivered to the client’s warehouse the odd 70 % of the cost should be paid. It is very important to draft a legally valid contract that will contain all requirements and demands on the quality and the technological process as well as delivery terms, date of order fulfillment, fines that will be paid out by the fabric in case of violation of the contract terms.

6. Time constraints
Getting all the necessary specification, the selection of the collection by photos lasts from 7 to 30 days. The average lot of 10000 pairs of footwear will be produced during 40 days after the acceptance of the check sample.
